Spot the deliberate mistake...

finally spotted it, the black car is parkked opposite or within 10 metres (32 feet) of a junction, and we all know the highwaycode parking regulations say this is a no-no

It's a good answer, but it's not right.

You could have won a holiday there, John, but never fear, all is not lost.

You may get the chance to gamble what you've already won in my forthcoming lyrics quiz!

OK, this is a Google Earth photo. The name of the road has been recognised by Google as a number plate and thus blurred out of the picture but it is indeed a road sign and not a number plate, it just has similar characteristics, colour, shape, size, etc.

I found this in real life, and looked for it on Google Earth Street view. I could have got a better angle, but that caused unwanted aberrations.

Clicking on the picture and zooming in might help you :)

Got it, got it, finally. It's a spelling error. "Vaccuum"

Yay! You win a holiday in Thailand. Come and collect your tickets next time you're around.

I'd like to think that this sign is deliberately mis-spelled. That they make their money from passing pedants that come in to point out the error, and just happen to need a spare drive belt for their Dyson.
