The 38 minutes is a remarkably specific period of time.According to google maps, it's a 41 minute walk from where I live to Sainsbury's in Hoylake, where they do sell tofu, cashew nuts, and salads of various types. That's pretty close, epecially if I walked briskly.The same journey would take 7 minutes in the car, although I would have to spend a minute parking. A round trip of 15 minutes against one of one and a half hours. No wonder the internal combustion engine changed the world.Anyway, eat cashews and salad. Walk to Hoylake. Buy healthy food. Eat it and do some squats. Walk home.Sorted.
